Store Policy

PAYMENT:

Payments can be made through our secured website or via PayPal.

SHIPPING:

We ship via USPS for most orders, and most items ship in approx. 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase. Depending on our current daily or weekly workload, turnaround may vary. If you would like to RUSH an item, you'll need to let us know in advance if it can be done. A rush fee may apply.

We understand that most of our signs are GIFTS, therefore we do not include an invoice with any orders. If you would like a copy of an invoice, you can request for one to be emailed to you. 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:

If a package is returned to our shop for any reason, there will be a charge to send the package again. Very likely you misspelled or mistyped the ship to address during checkout. If it is an internal error, we will reship the package at no charge.

Also, if an incorrect address is included on the order, there will be a $12.00 charge to cover the cost we incur from the carrier. We do not make any money on this fee. This is what our carrier charges to correct an address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

Any fee charged from the shipping agent is the responsibility of the customer. This charge does not originate from Jetmak Studios, but from the country of the recipient. 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

There are no refunds on custom or personalized orders under any circumstance. Furthermore, ALL sales ARE FINAL and an order cannot be cancelled once it is placed due to the custom nature of our products. Thank you for your understanding.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you have 15 days from the delivery date to report the damage and it MUST be reported by the original recipient. Reports of damage by a 3rd party will not be honored. After 15 days has passed, claims for damage will not be processed. 

ADDITIONAL POLICIES & FAQs:

All our products are made to order and colors may be slightly different on the final product when compared to your computer screen. We do everything we can to make sure our products portray the colors that you see. Screen brightness, resolution, and position can sometimes lighten or darken the colors in our photos. Unfortunately, we will not be able to replace or exchange an item if the color is not "exactly" as you thought it would be.

Once you place an order it is considered "work in progress." Any change to your order will incur a $10 change fee if it's possible. Changes include, but are not limited to, names, date, colors, or shipping information.

On occasion, a customer will misspell a name or give an incorrect date on their order. We are often asked if we can fix this if the item is sent back to us. The short answer is "maybe" however, it is usually more work to correct an item than it is to make a new one. Because of this, we do offer a discount to lighten the cost of purchasing a new one. Please contact us to receive the discount code if you need to reorder due to an error on your order.
